Alicia is “bilingual,” having spent her career at both creative branding and direct agencies. She leads the strategy team at Summer Friday and is fully experienced in building a brand, delivering results to clients and developing strategic campaigns across all audience segments — through all marketing channels and throughout every stage of the customer journey. Alicia has built an extensive roster of clients, past and present, including E*TRADE, Cigna, Avangrid, J.P. Morgan and more. She is currently serving as president of the Direct Marketing Club of New York.
